For your convenience, we also take credit cards over the phone at the time of the reservation 50% of your fees will be charged. You will receive a transaction receipt by e-mail, you need to print that out and sign where it says card holder all the way to the bottom of the page, once you do that, we need you to fax it to the number of 480-718-7886. As soon as we receive that, we will send you your confirmation letter by e-mail. You may also deposit half of the rental fee at the Wells Fargo Bank to the account Rocky Rentals # 046-4673847 and then fax a copy of the receipt to us with your name or reservation # to the # of 480-718-7886. The name of the account is Rocky Rentals. You have 5 working days to make the deposit after you make the reservation. The other half of the payment will be due at arrival day.
Deposit will be held with your credit number. If there's any damage, missing items or extra cleaning fee, it will be charged on your credit card. When you make the payment at the Wells Fargo, you will make a cash deposit or leave a credit card opened at the front desk. This is not necessary when you make the payment with credit card by phone.
Cancellation policy: If you cancel your reservation anytime 20 days before your arrival you will lose $100.00 of your payment. However, if you cancel with less than 20 days prior to your arrival, you will lose the whole payment.
We accept CASH, TRAVELERS CHECKS, MONEY ORDERS OR CREDIT CARDS (VISA AND MASTERCARD ONLY) for the balance rental upon arrival and the prices listed do not reflect tax and cleaning fees! We also charge a $10 key deposit when you arrive if you ask for extra set of keys and it is fully refundable. Remember to bring towels and notify us in advance if you are going arrive after 10 pm or 6.30 on Sundays. If you are arriving late, it is a $20 late charge.
Check-in is at 3:00 p.m. or later and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Do not leave the key at the unit or at the guard gate. Late check out has to be arranged with the reservation agent. There is a fee for late check out.
Sea Side Beach home rentals is located on the main road as you're entering Puerto Peñasco. You will pass the first stop light and then go about a mile. You will then see us located on your right hand side before you enter the town. We are a bright orange and blue building right beside the Tourist information building and you will see a large Sea Side sign out front, you shouldn't miss us. We are open from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m and 8:00 a.m to 6:30 p.m on Sundays.
Policy on pets: If a home owner has specially requested that renters cannot bring pets, we are obligated to respect that stipulation. Please do not request any alteration to this policy or ignore it in such a way to risk eviction and no refund or security deposit monies. Although we do have some pet friendly properties please check wit the reservation agent.
NOTE: Sea Side Beach Home Rentals cannot be responsible for lack of electricity due to power outages having anything to do with storms, the electrical company (CFE) or by any other means out of our control. Nor can we be held responsible for water shortages which occur due to the lack of water in the town of Puerto Peñasco or Las Conchas development. If at all possible, every effort will be made to find you other accommodations within our inventory.
