The house has an architectural open design on the stairs and balcony. Downstairs you will find 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, the first two bedrooms have queen size beds and the third one has a trundle that opens up into a queen size. The large kitchen is fully equipped with all major and small appliances; there are two full size refrigerators for you convenience. There is a breakfast bar and a large dining room with a gorgeous view of the sea of Cortez. The living room has ample seating, TV/DVD/VCR. The Beach is only a few steps away from the large patio.
